Two Coves, Duporth, South Cornwall is a well respected and award winning house builder Midas have a fantastic new development down on the Cornish south coast, in a lovely spot called Duporth.

Duporth is outside St Austell on the same coast as Looe, Polperro, Fowey and Mevagissey, close the development is the pretty harbour village of Charlestown which hosts Tall Ships and a maritime museum.

The development itself is a good mixture of apartments, 2,3 and 4 bedroomed homes, all with high specification. Pop along and have a look at the show homes they have available its well worth a look if you are looking for investing or for your next home.

The best thing about this site is the private beach it has - when I visited last they were digging up the road but in the show home they have a set of images you can see to get an idea or if you can walk down if possible and check it out for yourself.

The apartments are not too far off completion and look like they will be finished towards the end of this year - price wise they are not too bad considering what you pay in the center of Newquay.

Anyone who has recently visited Newquay couldn't have failed to notice the large developments along Headland Road - this is the main road leading down to the International Surf Centre and Fistral Beach.
